Good morning,
As a way to be responsive to questions that are of interest to our parent/guardian and larger communities, please complete this Clark Schools Questions of Interest Google Form. A separate form needs to be completed for each question that you might have. Responses will be collected on a rolling basis with no deadline to submit a question.
This Form is not meant to replace our existing Chain of Communication but rather to enhance our collaborative efforts. While individual responses to this Form will not be provided, this feedback will help inform the question-and-answer section of our monthly newsletter and our Parent University program offerings.
Please Note: The Clark Schools and Clark Police have partnered with P3 Campus to provide a reporting tool for life safety concerns. The P3 platform, as opposed to this Google Form, is the one to be used for our students, staff, and community members to communicate with us and our local police department regarding any life safety concerns.
Please know that all reports are filtered directly to the Clark Police Department, and false reports will be handled in the same manner that a false 911 call would be handled.
